Delete your Lystia account
You can permanently delete your Lystia account and its associated personal data directly from the app or by sending us a request.
Delete your account in the app
- 1Sign in to Lystia and open the Profile screen.
- 2Select Delete account.
- 3Confirm by selecting Delete permanently.
Unable to sign in?
Send a request from the email address associated with your account. We may ask only for the information needed to verify your identity.
Request account deletionData deleted or anonymised
- Your name, surname, email address, phone number, and social-login identifiers.
- Wishlists you own, their items, and related content.
- Sessions, access tokens, and access to shared wishlists.
- Usage events directly linked to your account.
Data that may be retained
- Group-gift contributions or reservations on other users’ lists may remain in anonymised form so their information is not altered.
- Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are routinely overwritten.
- Minimum information may be retained when required by law, for security, or to protect legal rights.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
